Rules and source checks.
The county review below is separate from site-specific conditions and municipal or township zoning. It does not establish parcel permission or current compliance.
Douglas County
Code version limited · Checked October 17, 2026.
The retained Unified Development Code is published as updates through January 2025. Its use tables contain broad data-processing and hosting categories; these are not automatically a reviewed classification or permission for every modern data-center project.
This 713-page code version is a bounded source, not proof that no later amendment or data-center-specific action exists. District conditions and municipal jurisdiction need individual review. No code-table cell is converted into a project approval.

The dated record.
The retained event log distinguishes announcements, scheduled dates and status-source checks. A review date is not an opening day. A target never becomes a completed event merely because time passes.

- Switch Atlanta: The KEEP
Switch currently markets colocation at its Atlanta KEEP campus. The page separately describes future expansion and up-to capacity upon completion. The label applies to campus service context, not every expansion building or delivered future MW.
- Google Douglasville Data Center
An operating component is supported at Google’s named Douglas County, Georgia location by its current operator listing and 2025 operational reporting. This is regional campus scope, not verification that every expansion/building is complete, fully commissioned or operating at a stated MW. Annual reporting is historical, not an October operating inspection.
