The September 2026 notice schedules consideration of a pause on final legislative votes for October 20, 2026. The pause is proposed, not an enacted moratorium; applications and Planning Commission processing would continue under the proposal.
The linked grandfather resolution is the original March 2025 action, certified April 16, 2025. Its earlier-application eligibility has conditions, including the residential-distance test. The outcome of the separately scheduled October 6 grandfather amendments is not established here. Phase 2 remains a development process, not a completed rule. No project approval or compliance is inferred.
