No data-center-specific zoning rule was established in the checked Building and Zoning guidance. The department identifies its unincorporated service area and links the external current code.
The external code and all subsequent actions were not fully reviewed. A separately located December 2021 impact-fee schedule is historical, not current zoning permission or an actual project charge. Municipal rules require separate checks.
