Walbridge’s May 5, 2026 release identifies itself as general contractor for Related Digital’s Saline Township campus for Oracle and OpenAI and reports substantial trade work already completed at the site. This is the contractor’s direct report of physical work. It is separate from the MPSC storage approvals and does not establish completed data halls, operational capacity, a precise first-work date or an unconditional customer-bill guarantee.
