The unsigned hosted text would restrict data center construction, installation, replacement and enlargement across the Township, with exclusions for accessory server rooms, ordinary business IT and separately regulated telecommunications facilities, and an exemption for centers existing before adoption.
Officially hosted text leaves adoption and signature blanks. It states one year with possible earlier Board termination and effectiveness upon adoption, but the executed instrument and later amendments remain unverified.
