Kentucky uses the separate state research packet, including proposed projects, operating facilities and local rules.
Location and imagery.
Project locations remain approximate until a parcel, site plan or published address supports an upgrade. County-only records can be read in the list and never receive a site pin. The gold opening lines are an illustration, not documented power or fiber connections.
This page uses KyFromAbove and USGS imagery. Aerial photography is a dated image, not a live inspection.
