Status context. The current original City Archer page explicitly describes a proposed development and states that no formal City applications have been submitted. This supports a listed proposal within the City review account. The City chronology records an August 12, 2025 environmental review determination and reports a June 8, 2026 appellate return for additional information or an impact statement, followed by a July 14 extension with supplemental review due March 31, 2027. The underlying court opinion was not independently read. None of those legal or review steps proves construction, operation, final approval or physical closure. The existing Native concern finding already covers this environmental review and appeal episode, so no duplicate concern is added.
Exact site not published; shown at county level. The dot is placed inside the county for the map and is not the site, its address or a parcel.
