Status context. Bell Works current original August 2026 FAQ says its data center proposal is before the Holmdel Planning Board and requires its own full review. Application under review is limited to that developer account. A permitted use in the 2012 redevelopment plan, a reported earlier filing and general policy action do not independently establish final site approval, a vested right, construction or operation. Claimed water use, utility headroom, noise compliance, future taxes and absence of neighborhood impacts are attributed forecasts, not measured outcomes. The existing mixed use Bell Works building is not the proposed data center.
