Status context. Primary source review checked October 16, 2026. Keel’s current Scrubgrass page describes pre-development and power planning for future HPC/AI infrastructure. Its signed second-quarter filing states that Scrubgrass Bitcoin mining ceased on June 29, 2026 while energy sales continued. The mining cessation is not closure of the entire power site. Energy-generation capacity is not IT capacity, and the long-term expansion envelope is not operating AI service. The older Bitfarms label remains in identity history; no physical-site merge or provider-role promotion is made.
