Status context. The original March 30, 2022 DPO issuer release explicitly reports industrial scale mining operations at Hatfield beginning in mid February 2022. Its March 21, 2024 original issuer followup describes developing and managing the colocated data center at Hatfield. These original accounts support reported computing service within the named site scope, without independent confirmation of present measured load or every later condition. The mid February opening period is not converted to an exact first day. The separate second hydroelectric acquisition in the 2024 release is not merged into Hatfield or treated as an expansion there. Asset power ratings and renewable claims are not exported as critical IT capacity or measured environmental performance.
