Status context. The complete original current Portland 1 provider body offers colocation space and interconnection at its named carrier hotel and says it is home to the internet exchange. This supports operator listed interconnection and colocation service without certifying measured critical load, occupancy, total future capacity, uninterrupted performance or an exact first opening day.
Calculated street reference, not a roof or tenant floor. The original named operator computing property source identifies 340 Cumberland Ave, Portland, ME 04101, USA. One complete unique literal Census street range supports this calculated street reference inside the unchanged county. The operator page and separately captured original brochure preserve PWM1 and the literal Cumberland computing street; the retained PMW01 inventory spelling is unchanged. No roof, legal title or complete campus is certified. Source publication and imagery acquisition dates are unknown; imagery may predate construction.
