The complete original City FAQ updated July 28, 2026 explicitly describes construction and footing inspections at the Keystone project, including concrete pours and later compaction documentation. This supports the City documented construction stage without certifying current commissioning, computing load or completion. The City reports January 15, 2025 conditional use approval and distinguishes later building review from that entitlement. Its responses to resident questions about notice, noise, cooling, generators and utilities remain attributed City accounts. Existing Keystone concern documentation is retained without creating a duplicate episode or declaring a violation.
