Status context. All twelve original February 10, 2026 scanned minute pages were read and visually checked. Named Decennial representatives describe exploration without a selected site, signed agreement or verified adequate power, supporting a listed exploratory proposal with those limits. The exact inherited Akron property is not independently confirmed. The six to one recommendation for a twelve month pause is distinct from the separate committee motion and from Commissioners March 2 adoption. The October 26 ordinance language agenda is prospective policy discussion. No general pause, utility claim or private stalled label establishes permanent cancellation, construction or computing operation.

Exact site not published; shown at county level. The dot is placed inside the county for the map and is not the site, its address or a parcel.
