Status context. Google’s project website describes early evaluation of a potential Port of Little Rock site, with a final build decision still ahead. Withdrawal of a wetland application for design changes is not cancellation of the whole project. LRWRA separately identifies a prospective wastewater commitment; 300,000 gallons per day is not measured water consumption or the plant’s separate 8 MGD spare capacity. September 15 legislative minutes visibly marked DRAFT are testimony context, not adopted agency findings. The proposed label rests on Google’s own project account.
