Status context. The current Chesterfield page July 2026 status table explicitly lists Peanut LLC at Bermuda Hundred Road as under construction. County reported construction describes that campus table period and its named project, without certifying individual building completion, commissioning, operating service or a current provider role. The separate Upper Magnolia Green and Watkins Centre proposals are not transferred to Peanut. Source table water limits and building counts are not adopted as new quantities, and no exact construction start or opening day is inferred.
