Status context. The complete original City overlay account identifies Kanza Park Place planned digital infrastructure and July 22, 2026 zoning actions, and expressly says no data center has been approved for construction. This supports a listed proposal without treating zoning as construction or service. The October 16 notice schedules a past October 21 guideline study session but does not establish its outcome. The separate November 3 City ballot proposes a general high impact computing ban subject to laws and court orders, rather than enacted law or an accomplished project denial. Full controlling resolution and court instruments remain unread after source transport holds.
