Status context. The Town of Tyrone expressly says the Microsoft zoning approval remains in place and dates Council approval to March 28, 2024. Zoning approved describes that entitlement only. Its permit absence account is explicitly bounded to May 2026 and June 2, 2026. That historical application check does not establish the absence of later applications, a current work stoppage, issued construction permits or operation.
