The original approved March 9, 2026 Planning Board minutes explicitly state that Natelli Investments annexation, rezoning and UDO amendment applications for the New Hill Data Center have been withdrawn. Reported withdrawal describes those named local applications. It is not a physical shutdown, demolition completion, prohibition on every later proposal or withdrawal of the separate Vance County project.
