Status context. The April 2, 2026 original staff findings report explicitly identifies the proposed Nine Mile Data computing development and its March 11 complete application. Agency listed proposal is limited to that staff review. The report contains a recommended approval motion and an unsigned recommendation line, rather than a recorded Planning Commission vote or issued final permit. Solar and gas facilities are separate applications. Staff quotations of County and state rules do not establish current statutory compliance, a verified permit issue day, actual construction or computing operation.
