The current original Industrial Drive community site explicitly identifies RUM Group as its responsible publisher and states that the computing facility is being built through Quake AI, whose business includes Northern Data. Reported construction is limited to that company account, not commissioning or an independently verified completion milestone. The agency complaint separately identifies Northern Data in Maysville, Jackson County. Its allegation about land disturbance and permit display is not an agency violation finding or independent proof of data hall construction. No acquisition, operator role, capacity or point is promoted.
