Status context. The current original University account calls the Campus Computing Facility proposed and says the project is entering due diligence, with design and construction described as later phases. Its June 2026 authorization to move forward is not a report that physical construction began. Existing computing rooms in Dodge Hall and North Foundation Hall are separate from this proposed facility and do not make it operating. No campus power, predicted revenue, future construction duration or tenant allocation becomes an accomplished facility fact.
