Status context. The original City staff report and hosted Prologis presentation explicitly identify the proposed Mila campus. This supports a listed proposal without certifying present vertical construction or computing operation. The presentation reports electrical yard grading and expressly says this does not indicate vertical construction. Its undated schedule graphic and preliminary financial and water tables are forecasts. The March 30 packet records a March 16 fence recommendation and March 19 Council fence permit approval, while detailed engineering review and whole site permission remain separate. Design models and public assurances are not measured noise, water use or accomplished benefits.
