Status context. The original City planning body and selected hosted forum and economic report pages identify a proposed QLEVR Charlestown computing facility. This supports a listed proposal. The economic study uses a three MW scenario while the forum uses five MW; neither figure is silently selected or exported. Forecast jobs, tax revenue, construction timing, closed cooling and noise assurances are not actual performance or accomplished benefits. A generic Fortune 50 description is not a named tenant, and a separate Project Bedrock noise report is not used to change inherited roles or identity.
