Montana DEQ’s September 29, 2026 notice describes a proposed well and public comment through October 29. A planned construction year and pending well review do not establish physical construction, approved water use or operation. The Broadview office footer address is not promoted to the campus. Water forecasts and power horizons remain separate from actual use.
