The complete original June 10 developer release explicitly reports construction already underway at both planned parish campuses. This supports company reported construction at the Bossier parish campus scope, without computing commissioning or independent completion of every phase. The earlier imminent start forecast alone is not the basis for construction. Existing separate Amazon and STACK company records are not counted as four newly discovered physical campuses, merged or assigned new corporate roles.
