Status context. The complete retained original Crusoe September 30, 2025 release explicitly names the Abilene Stargate campus and reports its first phase up and running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure with early training and inference workloads. The complete retained impact report again describes that phase as operational and distinguishes a separate Microsoft campus. The independently captured original Oracle Abilene account also says AI workloads went live, while its roster retains partial delivery and future completion. This supports first phase reported operating, without certifying the entire planned campus, actual load or a first workload day. Oracle retains a January 2026 currency footer, and Crusoe template date conflicts remain unrepaired. Retained October 23 captures preserve their actual earlier retrieval times. The original OpenAI request remains an access hold. These separate Atlas records are not asserted to be distinct physical campuses.
