Status context. The original May 2, 2024 T5 release announces a planned Grayslake campus, says development will begin and gives a future fourth quarter 2027 capacity target. This supports a listed proposal, without independently accomplished construction or computing service. The State 2025 annual report table separately names T5 at Chicago IV in Grayslake, which is an incentive program record and not operation. Chicago III in Northlake is a distinct project and is not merged. Investment commitments, estimated tax benefits, employment and target capacity remain prospective or administrative rather than achieved physical outcomes.
