Status context. The Governor August 5, 2026 release explicitly reports Empire AI Beta fully online and describes researchers using the system. Government reported operation applies to that named Beta system, not the full future Gamma facility or every projected consortium capacity. The separate June 26, 2025 funding approval alone is not operation. Publication is distinct from an exact physical activation day, and performance, project counts, funding, energy and facility location fields are not promoted.
Exact site not published; shown at county level. The dot is placed inside the county for the map and is not the site, its address or a parcel.
