Status context. The Governor August 5, 2026 release explicitly says construction continues on the permanent Gamma facility and expects completion by the end of 2027. Government reported construction applies to that named facility account. Beta being fully online is not Gamma operation, and the expected completion date and future thermal network benefits are not accomplished outcomes. No exact construction start, opening day, technical quantity, role or location field is promoted.
Exact site not published; shown at county level. The dot is placed inside the county for the map and is not the site, its address or a parcel.
