Status context. The current original City FAQ describes a potential project in early stages. The original June 30, 2026 Mayor statement names Balloonist LLC and expressly distinguishes pausing tax incentive negotiations from stopping the proposed project. It describes further ordinance work and a future introduction without a vote, then a possible later project rezoning application. These bodies support a listed proposal within the City planning account, without construction, computing operation or final present property permission. The older September 2025 statement about refusing further development agreement or tax district negotiations does not independently establish physical closure. The Mayor legal opinion about banning industries is not certified as a complete statement of current law.
