  4. Ecology Appendix B records that the Microsoft Columbia permit hearing was held on February 20, 2025 at the Quincy Business and Event Center, with a Spanish interpreter available virtually. Ecology reports no public attendance. Written comments in the separate extended comment period are not treated as testimony at this hearing.
